Please be aware of the recycling guidelines at the Community Recycling Drop-off Site. Contamination was found at this location. Please do not place items in the bin that do not belong, like birdhouses and trash bags. These items threaten the recycling program from being here. We know our community wants to do the right thing. Due to the bin being full, starting this week this location will now be emptied twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays. Only the following items are accepted for recycling: paper, glass jars and bottles, cardboard, plastic bottles, jugs, & containers, steel cans, aluminum cans and foil. All items MUST be loose as well as Clean, Empty, Dry. Please take the time to break down cardboard boxes. Plastic caps and lids should be left off bottles and containers.
